The cognitive and functional stimulation workshops offered by the Salceda de Caselas City Council are held on Monday and Wednesday afternoons, from 4:15 to 6:45 p.m., with one group.
It also offers four groups of “Cultiva a Mente” workshops on preventing cognitive decline.
In addition, there are two groups participating in our “Coida o Corpo” physical and functional exercise program.
