Afaga has organised again the philanthropic monologue show “Don’t forget to laugh”. This event will take place next Sunday 24thJanuary in the auditorium of Afundación Theatre at 7 PM.
The Spanish comedian Javier Coronas will be once again the compère of this amusing show. Other comedians such as David Brocano, Quequé and Oswaldo Digón will participate in the event as well. All of them intent to make the public have a good time and, at the same time, show solidarity to the people who suffer from neurodegenerative diseases and their families. All the proceeds will be used to implement new programmes aimed at Alzheimer’s patients and caregivers.
These professional comedians were really kind to work so hard in this initiative. The main aim of this event is not only to spend a good evening but also to support a group that increases year after year as shown by the increasing number of Alzheimer’s patients. Alzheimer’s is a progressive and disabling disease. Therefore, both patients and caregivers have to face very complex situations every day as the disease grows stronger. That is why they need all the support that we can provide them.
